- However residents of other Province can also apply, but please note your idea and starup should provide services, generate jobs for people of Province 5 and benefits for Province 5

A team should have at least two members to be eligible for idea submission. If you are working alone, you need to team up with relevant individuals to be part of the challenge.
Is there a cost to enter the competition?
